Measurement questions

When is the best time to measure?

Measure first thing in the morning before swelling increases, or after swelling has been reduced through elevation.

Should I measure both legs?

Yes, especially if one leg swells more than the other. Add both measurements in the notes.

What if I am between sizes?

Submit your measurements. StepUP will confirm the best size before you pay.

Do I need a prescription?

No. Healthcare worker compression socks through Pacific Blue Cross do not require a prescription. If you remain at youir 80% reimbursement level with Pacific Blue Cross and have a secondary plan sometimes you will need a Rx to get the remaining 20% covered.
